Returns
To return an item you ordered:
- If you have an account, sign in and click on the "Orders" tab
- If you don't yet have an account, find the order confirmation email sent after placing your order
- Make a note of the order number
- Send an email to sales@falconindustrial.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation for returning the item
- We will contact you to arrange shipping the item back to us via tracked delivery
- On receipt of the shipped item(s) your refund will be processed.
